Job Description

Part-Time Accounting Associate supporting accounts payable operations at RevHealth, an independent pharmaceutical healthcare marketing agency. Responsible for maintaining financial records and executing AP workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, triage, and respond to incoming AP correspondence through the Finance email inbox in a timely and organized manner
  • Maintain complete and accurate records for all accounts payable transactions, invoices, and supporting documentation
  • Review credit card transactions and follow up on any discrepancies or outstanding items
  • Enter, verify, and reconcile financial data across systems, and assist with data cleanup projects to support overall data integrity
  • Execute standard accounts payable workflows independently, adhering to internal controls and departmental procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy across data and documentation
  • Comfort working in financial systems, such as NetSuite
  • Understanding of general accounting principles
