Job Description
Relationship Manager for agribusiness at Banco ABC Brasil, focusing on client management and financial services. Requires significant experience in the agribusiness sector.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and client management;
- Sales of banking products and services;
- Execute credit, trade finance and treasury transactions;
- Support and follow-up on the formalization of collateral;
- Revenue target: groups with gross revenue between BRL 30M and BRL 500M;
- Region of operation: Jataí, GO and surrounding areas;
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in agribusiness;
- Experience managing agro portfolios of producers cultivating over 5,000 ha in Jataí, GO for at least 3 years;
- Possess a portfolio of rural producers and agribusiness clients;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Interest in building a long-term career;
- Strong commercial acumen and sales skills;
- Good knowledge of banking products, services and operations;
- Experience in granting and managing credit operations;
- Knowledge of Trade Finance, treasury operations, and BNDES repass operations (BNDES lending programs);
- Strong ability to analyze balance sheets and financial/economic statements;
- Prior experience at banks or cooperatives with Agro/Middle Market/Corporate portfolios in the region;
- Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree preferred;
- Anbima CPA-20 certification;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office;
- Reside in Jataí, GO;
