Job Description
Senior Software Engineer contributing to AI platform for healthcare documentation. Building robust user-facing features and scaling platform for clinician efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Help shape the technical foundation of the AI documentation platform
- Take end-to-end ownership of major product areas from backend to frontend
- Design APIs, build backend systems, and create intuitive user interfaces
- Successfully scale the platform to support increased enterprise demand
- Build and ship complete user-facing features autonomously
- Implement infrastructure that supports real-time documentation processing
- Establish engineering best practices for the growing team
- Own product areas end-to-end that directly impact thousands of clinicians
Requirements:
- Senior-level experience in full-stack engineering with a solid knowledge of product development.
- Comfortable owning user-facing features from backend to frontend
- Experience scaling platforms in high-growth environments
- Robust database modeling, API design, and systems architecture skills
- Ability to turn ambiguous product ideas into shipped features
- Care deeply about UX, iteration velocity, and real-world usage
- Comfortable with founding engineer responsibilities and thriving in ambiguity
- Can work quickly and urgently to show results and iterate on products
