Job Description
Senior Developer at Fresche Solutions focusing on backend solutions with C# and SQL for data applications. Collaborating with clients and optimizing database performance in a flexible remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop backend solutions using C# and .NET
- Write, optimize and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures and data models
- Analyze and improve database performance, indexing and query execution plans
- Work with large datasets to support reporting, integrations and business logic
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Contribute to system architecture with a strong focus on data flow and database design
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software development experience (or 3+ years for very strong candidates)
- Front-end experience (React, Angular, etc.) is a plus but not required
- Strong hands-on SQL skills (critical): writing complex queries (joins, subqueries, CTEs)
- Performance tuning and optimization
- Stored procedures and database design
- Strong skills in C# and .NET
- Experience with data-intensive applications or systems
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
