Job Description
AI Engineer at WeAssist focusing on workflow automation and AI-driven systems to optimize business processes. Collaborate globally to build intelligent solutions that impact various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize automations using tools like n8n, Make.com, and Zapier
- Build reliable integrations across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack/Teams, WhatsApp, CRMs, and more
- Ensure automations are error-resilient, scalable, and proactively monitored with smart error handling and notifications
- Develop AI-driven workflows such as transcription pipelines, chatbots, meeting assistants, and voice-to-form solutions
- Leverage APIs like OpenAI, Claude, ElevenLabs, and Read AI to deliver intelligent user experiences
- Fine-tune, prompt, and optimize large language models (LLMs) for task-specific use cases (e.g., summarization, classification, Q&A)
- Create and maintain data dashboards and automated reporting pipelines using AirTable, Google Data Studio, HubSpot, and Sheets/Excel
- Deploy and manage AI models in production environments with continuous monitoring and performance tuning
- Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, map workflows, and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Document workflows, integrations, and automations to ensure transparency, scalability, and easy maintenance
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Power Automate)
- Strong knowledge of API integration principles (REST, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, JSON)
- Experience automating across tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack/Teams, and CRMs.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, ElevenLabs, transcription/voice tools)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to reliability
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and ability to map and optimize workflows end-to-end.
