AI Integration Specialist at Assistantly identifying and implementing AI solutions across workflows. Working in a high-accountability, fast-paced environment with a focus on communication and clarity.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for AI integration
  • Translate AI capabilities into clear, practical business applications
  • Design and implement AI-driven workflows across different use cases
  • Test, refine, and optimize AI tools for performance and usability
  • Stay current with emerging AI tools, trends, and capabilities
  • Communicate AI strategies and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
  • Manage multiple workflows or business contexts simultaneously
  • Document processes, integrations, and outcomes for repeatability
  • Continuously improve systems based on results, feedback, and evolving tools

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working across multiple businesses, clients, or industries
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and integrations with real-world application
  • Ability to clearly explain AI concepts in fluent, professional English
  • Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
  • Experience managing multiple workflows or clients simultaneously
  • High ownership mindset with strong follow-through
  • Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and conversational
  • Must be proactive, resourceful, and solution-driven
