Job Description
Engenheiro de AI/LLM liderando aplicações inteligentes com OpenAI, Anthropic e pipelines RAG. Construção de chatbots, copilots e agentes autônomos escaláveis e confiáveis.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of intelligent, scalable applications
- Design and develop LLM applications, including chatbots, copilots, and autonomous agents
- Integrate and orchestrate APIs for OpenAI, Anthropic, and other model providers
- Architect RAG pipelines
- Manage memory, context, and embeddings
- Implement guardrails and response validation
- Optimize latency and token costs
- Configure monitoring and observability for LLM systems in production
- Collaborate with technical and analytics teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks
- Ensure reliability, security, and performance in production environments
Requirements:
- Specialized experience with LLMs
- Backend development (Python or Node.js)
- REST APIs
- Microservices
- Docker
- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- LangChain or similar frameworks
- Vector databases (Chroma, OpenSearch, etc.)
- AI security (prompt injection, context control)
- Logging, tracing, and observability
- Knowledge of CI/CD
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Scalability-oriented mindset
- Systems thinking
- Clear communication with technical and analytics teams
- Proactive identification of bottlenecks
- Commitment to quality and reliability
