Job Description
Remote manager coordinating AI learning tool pilots across LATAM and Europe for Generation, a nonprofit advancing employment mobility. Managing country delivery, onboarding, data collection, and execution risks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the operational delivery of AI learning tool pilots across LATAM and Europe, ensuring timelines, milestones, and dependencies are met
- Follow up with country teams to confirm readiness, launch progress, and pilot completion
- Identify risks, delays, or blockers early and escalate appropriately
- Serve as the primary operational contact for country delivery, instructional, and operations teams during AI tool pilots
- Support country teams in translating pilot plans into day-to-day delivery, accounting for local context and constraints
- Provide hands-on operational support for integrating tools into live programmes
- Support onboarding and enablement of AI tools for instructors, delivery teams, and country leads
- Roll out onboarding materials, guidance, and training resources
- Address early adoption issues, process gaps, and tool-related questions
- Ensure required pilot data is collected accurately and on time across participating countries
- Track data-input completion and adherence to evidence and reporting standards
- Maintain tracking of pilot status, readiness, adoption, issues, and completion
- Provide regular operational updates to central stakeholders
- Partner with the Online Learning Lead (LATAM & Europe) to align pilot designs and evidence requirements with delivery
- Surface operational insights, delivery challenges, and country feedback to inform iteration and decision-making
- Coordinate with technical and AI platform teams to support issue resolution during live pilot delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ project or programme management experience, with clear accountability for delivery timelines, follow-up, and execution
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing training programmes, including online and in-person delivery, and working closely with instructional or delivery teams
- 1–2 years’ exposure to AI tools or AI-enabled processes, with an understanding of how these are integrated into operational workflows and live learning environments
- Strong experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders, including country teams and central functions, with a focus on delivery discipline and follow-through
- Ability to work hours that overlap with CET by at least 4 hours
- Multilingual capability, ideally across English, Hindi, and/or Tamil, to support engagement with local teams in India
- Experience supporting tool rollouts or pilots, including onboarding, enablement, and early-stage troubleshooting
- Comfort operating in pilot or experimental environments, where iteration and adaptation are expected
- Demonstrated ability to ensure timely and accurate data collection across programmes or countries to support evaluation and decision-making
