Job Description
AI Services Lead building Anthropic-focused client accounts for phData, a remote-first data and AI consultancy. Owning delivery, expansion, and enterprise AI transformation roadmaps.
Responsibilities:
- Lead activation for newly landed Anthropic-focused accounts, moving them from initial interest into well-scoped, active engagements
- Own end-to-end delivery oversight and identify technical and delivery risks early
- Build and maintain account plans and use-case backlogs for multi-phase AI transformation programs
- Advise senior client stakeholders on AI and data roadmaps using Anthropic and related capabilities
- Partner with Anthropic’s field team and internal Sales, Marketing, and Delivery leadership to shape and close expansion opportunities
- Lead executive meetings, QBRs, and roadmap discussions
- Mentor team members and foster learning, feedback, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to internal playbooks, account-planning frameworks, and repeatable AI and Data delivery patterns
- Share client insights and best practices to improve engagement and delivery excellence
Requirements:
- 6–10+ years of experience in a hybrid delivery/sales role within consulting or professional services, or direct accountability for strategic account growth and executive engagement
- Experience owning delivery quality and account growth on the same engagement
- Track record scoping and delivering $50K–$1M services engagements
- Experience building account plans and roadmaps that expand pilots into broader rollouts
- Ability to activate and expand newly landed accounts
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior IT and line-of-business stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, or CDOs
- Ability to structure complex problems and drive them to resolution in a matrixed environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50% based on client needs
- Hands-on AI/data competency involving agentic AI/LLM and data solutions, such as RAG, MCP-style servers, agent orchestration, evals, and data architecture
- Direct experience with Anthropic Code, Cowork, Enterprise, or a comparable LLM/agentic AI platform
- Preferred: success turning an AI or data pilot into a multi-year, multi-million-dollar program
- Preferred: experience advising senior leaders on AI/data strategy, roadmap design, and delivery risk
- Preferred: formal account plans and use-case backlogs for generative AI or agentic AI rollouts
