Job Description
Bilingual Analyst for Global Security Operations at CIBC. Managing incoming requests for security-related media and collaborating with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor a high-volume shared mailbox
- Intake and validate requests for images and video
- Triage requests based on urgency and scope
- Collaborate with internal and external partners
- Manage day-to-day escalations and complete quality assurance reviews
Requirements:
- Bilingual in French and English
- Strong attention to detail
- Relationship management skills
- Ability to monitor and prioritize tasks
- Experience in security operations or similar environments is an asset
