Job Description

Training and skills development analyst at Desjardins assisting with needs analysis and employee coaching. Responsible for quality assurance and providing management recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with needs analysis as well as training development, logistics and delivery
  • Coach and mentor employees
  • Help with quality assurance by sharing expertise throughout the product/service delivery process
  • Analyze and help diagnose issues, provide opinions and develop recommendations
  • Identify, input, analyze and interpret data to inform management decision-making
  • Make recommendations and prepare reports
  • Prepare and propose action plans to address issues
  • Develop and write methods and processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
