Job Description
Training and skills development analyst at Desjardins assisting with needs analysis and employee coaching. Responsible for quality assurance and providing management recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with needs analysis as well as training development, logistics and delivery
- Coach and mentor employees
- Help with quality assurance by sharing expertise throughout the product/service delivery process
- Analyze and help diagnose issues, provide opinions and develop recommendations
- Identify, input, analyze and interpret data to inform management decision-making
- Make recommendations and prepare reports
- Prepare and propose action plans to address issues
- Develop and write methods and processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
