Job Description
Junior Analytics Engineer developing data models and enabling analytics for Glow25. Collaborating with teams and maintaining data accuracy in a fast-growing beauty company.
Responsibilities:
- You support the development and maintenance of modular, well-documented data models using SQL
- Create curated tables to power dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analysis
- Implement basic tests and validations to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate data solutions
- Maintain clear documentation of data models, transformations, and metrics to support transparency and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- You have working knowledge of SQL and feel confident writing and understanding queries
- You understand the basics of data modeling and how data structures work
- You’re curious about analytics engineering tools and modern data workflows
- You’re interested in data visualization and have a sense for business context
- You communicate clearly and work in a structured and detail-oriented way
