Job Description

Quality Assurance Manager responsible for developing QA plans and supporting inspection processes. Collaborating with various departments to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain QA plans and process routings
  • Provide support for all quoting activities
  • Evaluate and support inspection processes
  • Support all training programs
  • Conduct periodic review and maintenance of all documentation files
  • Review all supplier or customer discrepancies
  • Provide trend analysis of defects occurring at the customer
  • Participate in vendor survey activities
  • Drive proactive participation with suppliers
  • Interface with all departments regarding Policies and Procedures
  • Monitor departmental activities and provide technical guidance
  • Interface and provide technical support on quality issues with customers
  • Support corrective action efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
