Job Description
Quality Assurance Manager responsible for developing QA plans and supporting inspection processes. Collaborating with various departments to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain QA plans and process routings
- Provide support for all quoting activities
- Evaluate and support inspection processes
- Support all training programs
- Conduct periodic review and maintenance of all documentation files
- Review all supplier or customer discrepancies
- Provide trend analysis of defects occurring at the customer
- Participate in vendor survey activities
- Drive proactive participation with suppliers
- Interface with all departments regarding Policies and Procedures
- Monitor departmental activities and provide technical guidance
- Interface and provide technical support on quality issues with customers
- Support corrective action efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
