Job Description
Associate Creative Director guiding creative teams in healthcare advertising projects at Avalere Health. Collaborating on brand strategy and nurturing talent in the creative process.
Responsibilities:
- Inspire high creative standards through your own work and interaction with others
- Develop and direct concepts for advertising or promotional campaigns
- Take a creative leadership role on brands and projects
- Present as an authority on current creative thinking
- Build strong interpersonal relationships
- Champion the power of creativity and the company culture of collaboration
- Nurture junior members of staff, identifying training requirements
- Constructively challenge and inspire others in the creative ideation process
- Play a pivotal role in growing the agency and identifying new business opportunities
- Suggest new business initiatives and follow through on them
- Lead on new business pitch work, directing and presenting as required
Requirements:
- Experience in a creative role within a recognised healthcare advertising agency
- Show entrepreneurial spirit in exploring new creative opportunities
- Keen to help shape and improve our offering and ways of working, and play an integral part in your brand teams, providing invaluable creative counsel
- Able to build a clear and compelling narrative through concept presentations
- Keen to explore new ways of doing things and come up with innovative creative solutions
- Understanding of communication platforms and design tools
- Demonstrate evidence of mentorship, teamwork, and collaboration through recent work
