Job Description
Associate Functional Consultant configuring Oracle Cloud HCM for higher-education clients. Supporting implementations, testing, training, integrations, and post-go-live improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
- Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules to meet business needs
- Participate in Oracle Cloud implementations and upgrades from planning through post-go-live support
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users
- Develop functional design documents and test cases
- Coordinate with technical teams on customizations, reports, and integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Cloud functionality issues
- Stay updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly releases, updates, and enhancements
- Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous process improvements
