Job Description
Director Analyst at Gartner creating data analytics insights for audit functions globally. Leading thought leadership initiatives and providing strategic advice to clients in data analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged “must-have insights” content
- Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify root causes of client barriers
- Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing Insights positions across a team of analysts
- Research, analyze and predict market trends
- Provide clients with actionable advice via virtual or face-to-face interactions
- Create and deliver high value presentation materials
- Provide sales support serving as voice of the market
- Build credibility as an industry expert
- Actively participate in innovation discussions
- Identify research process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of relevant field or industry experience
- At least 3 years in data analytics within internal audit
- At least 7 years in internal audit or broader data analytics roles
- Demonstrated thought leadership in areas such as developing an Audit data analytics vision and strategy
- Experience leading the development and execution of data analytics strategies across one or more internal audit functions
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Exceptional research and writing skills
- Ability to translate evolving technology trends into practical guidance
- Strong organizational skills
