Job Description
Backend Engineer modernizing Node.js/TypeScript and Go microservices on GCP. Client-facing consulting role delivering scalable backend solutions for enterprise AI transformation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable microservices on GCP
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate technical strategies, and deliver high-impact solutions
- Revamp existing backend systems to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate modern middleware and cloud services
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend engineering using TypeScript and Node.js (Primary Skill)
- 2+ years of production experience working with Go (Secondary Skill)
- Experience building and deploying backend microservices on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is nice to have
- Full availability to work within Mountain Time (MT) business hours
