Job Description

Benefit and Claims Analyst coordinating and analyzing health insurance claims processes across departments for Highmark Inc. Serving as a liaison with clinical teams and claims departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, analyze, and interpret the benefits and claims processes
  • Serve as the liaison between the department and claims processing departments
  • Communicate benefit explanations clearly and concisely

Requirements:

  • Required 3 years of customer service, health insurance benefits and claims experience
  • Working knowledge of Highmark products, systems, operations and medical policies
  • PC Proficiency including Microsoft Office Products
