Job Description

Benefits call center representative supporting U.S. customers with pension eligibility, calculations, retirement estimates, and payment options. Conduent delivers mission-critical services for companies and governments.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls regarding defined benefit pension and retirement plans
  • Assist callers with pension eligibility, benefit calculations, retirement estimates, and payment options
  • Review and explain required documentation and next steps
  • Research customer inquiries and provide accurate information under established guidelines
  • Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers and documenting interactions
  • Process transactions and requests accurately according to established procedures
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy expectations

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service and call center experience
  • Experience working in a high-volume call center environment preferred
  • Experience supporting defined benefit pension plans and/or retirement programs preferred
  • Knowledge of retirement eligibility, benefit calculations, and pension-related inquiries
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow established guidelines and process transactions accurately
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and tools efficiently
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work independently and remain productive
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass required background screening and/or drug test
  • Must pass an internet speed test: download ≥25 Mbps, upload ≥5 Mbps, ping ≤175 ms
  • Ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
  • Must reside in an eligible U.S. state or municipality where compensation complies with applicable wage regulations
  • Must be able to commit to the Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM production schedule after training
