Job Description
BI Specialist building Tableau, Looker, and OMNI dashboards for Leadtech’s high-growth app portfolio. Delivering AI-ready analytics through ETL, SQL, data modeling, and governance.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that meet business requirements
- Connect to data sources and perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications
- Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability
- Develop and enforce data visualization and dashboard design best practices
- Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau/Looker dashboards and reports
- Participate in data governance and data quality initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Tableau features and industry trends
- Tailor all workflows for Agentic Analytics readiness and connect them for consumption by AI or through AI
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Tableau BI Developer or with other BI tools
- 1+ years of experience in mobile application analysis
- Proven experience designing and developing complex Tableau dashboards and reports
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling concepts
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Experience with relational databases, cloud platforms, and flat files
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with other BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or QlikView is preferred
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as SQL or Python for data analysis is preferred
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as GCP, BigQuery, or Databricks is preferred
- Tableau Desktop or Server certification is preferred
