Job Description
Brand protection analyst monitoring unauthorized sellers and compliance across marketplaces for a global pool technology company. Researching data, maintaining records, and reporting actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Amazon, eBay, Walmart, BestBuy, Home Depot, AliExpress, Temu, and other major marketplaces
- Research products and identify new or unauthorized sellers
- Classify sellers and verify their authorization status
- Identify MAP, distribution, territory, and marketplace compliance issues
- Monitor unauthorized use of logos, images, trademarks, and product content
- Collect evidence such as URLs, screenshots, seller information, and product details
- Maintain accurate seller databases and internal records
- Prepare daily reports and monthly Voice of Consumer reports
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking brand-protection metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve research and reporting processes
- Monitor online marketplaces and digital channels across North America and Europe
- Work Monday through Friday on EST schedule
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, online research, e-commerce, compliance, or a related field
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong written English and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and follow SOPs
- Familiarity with Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces
- Brand protection or marketplace compliance experience (nice-to-have)
- Experience with PROWL, Helium 10, Salesforce, or similar tools (nice-to-have)
- Knowledge of MAP, distribution, or channel compliance (nice-to-have)
- Experience with dashboards and reporting (nice-to-have)
- Experience using AI research and translation tools (nice-to-have)
- Must currently reside in the Philippines and be legally authorized to work there
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work
