Job Description
Specialist BSA driving integration between SAP and fiscal solutions in a leading fintech. Focus on compliance and operational efficiency in financial technology environments.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a specialist in integration between SAP and fiscal (tax) solutions (DF-e)
- Elicit, analyze and document functional and technical requirements
- Map tax processes (AS IS / TO BE)
- Translate tax rules into system requirements
- Design end-to-end integration flows
- Support user acceptance, integrated testing and rollout of solutions
- Interface with teams: Tax/Legal, IT/Integration, SAP teams, and fiscal solution vendors
Requirements:
- Tax knowledge
- Strong experience with inbound and outbound tax processes
- Proficiency with electronic tax documents: NF-e, NFC-e, NFS-e, CT-e, MDF-e
- Experience with fiscal events (cancellation, CC-e, inutilization, etc.)
- Knowledge of tax legislation and codes: ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, PIS/COFINS, ISS, DIFAL, FCP and withholdings; CFOP, CST/CSOSN, NCM, CEST
- Ability to translate tax scenarios into system requirements
- Tax solutions / DF-e messaging
- Experience with fiscal messaging tools
- Knowledge of SEFAZ / Municipal authority flows: generation, signing and transmission of XML; authorization, rejection and contingency procedures
- XML analysis, schemas and error message analysis
- Experience with: tax calculation engines, tax compliance platforms, receiving XML in SAP/ERPs
- Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA
- Knowledge of processes: SD (billing), MM (purchasing and goods receipt), FI (finance)
- Understanding of tax-related data within the ERP
- Experience with: ERP-to-XML field mapping, integration with external systems
- Ability to interact with SAP functional and technical teams
- Systems integration
- Knowledge of: REST/SOAP APIs/Webservices; XML, JSON, TXT files; ETL / middleware
- Experience with: data mapping (from/to), payloads and layouts, error handling and logs
- Basic knowledge of: SQL, XML/JSON structure
- Analysis and documentation
- Strong functional documentation skills: process flows, business rules, test scenarios, acceptance criteria
- Experience eliciting requirements from multidisciplinary areas
- Analytical ability to identify gaps between the ERP, tax solution and legislation
