Job Description
Epic Build Analyst optimizing clinical workflows and supporting Epic initiatives in healthcare IT team. Remote opportunity with a focus on Radiant, Cupid, and Lumens.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Epic application build, configuration, optimization, and maintenance for Radiant, Cupid, and Lumens modules
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution support
- Participate in workflow analysis, system testing, validation, and upgrades
- Create and maintain documentation related to build decisions, workflows, and change management
- Support integrated workflows across multiple Epic applications
- Assist with go-live support, enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiatives
- Ensure system configurations align with organizational standards and best practices
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders and provide recommendations for process improvement
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Epic Build Analyst supporting:
- Radiant
- Cupid
- Lumens
- Strong understanding of Epic workflows, build methodology, and change control processes
- Experience with integrated clinical systems and healthcare operations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting healthcare organizations or hospital systems.
