Job Description

Business Systems Analyst liaising with operating and Business Systems teams at Advarra. Focused on translating business needs into requirements for system implementations and enhancements.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow and optimize Business Systems processes, SOPs and SLAs.
  • Elicit requirements utilizing various techniques: interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process flows, use cases, and end user task and workflow analysis.
  • Proactively identify and define system improvements, enhancements, and customizations to meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Intermediate level of experience with MS Office and flowcharting tools
  • Strong business analysis, communication and presentation skills
