Job Description
C++ Developer engaged in Utilities Product Development at Avanquest. Collaborating with diverse teams to enhance and support software solutions for improved PC performance and security.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to tell about the problem and/or make a resolution for an issue
- Following personal deadlines and estimating different tasks
- Communication with Team Lead/PM about the project
- Collaborate with other colleagues from different expert areas, namely software developers, QA Engineers, and Designers.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of C++ programming experience
- STL/Boost libraries knowledge
- Experience with Git
- Experience in estimation and scope decomposition
- Serialization data types understanding (JSON, XML)
- Familiarity with object-oriented design principles and patterns
- Familiarity with multi-threaded programming and concurrency principles
- Experience developing and debugging multi-threaded applications
- Knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) fundamentals
- Experience with React (functional components, hooks, state management)
- Understanding of integration between C++ desktop applications and web-based frontends
- At least Intermediate English level.
- Sc./B.A. degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline (will be a plus).
