Job Description

Remote Contact Center Representative supporting Colorado residents with healthcare benefits, claims, and account issues. Handling inbound calls and documenting resolutions in Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle approximately 25–40 inbound calls per day
  • Assist customers with claims, benefits, account registration, and payment inquiries
  • Guide users through online portals, mobile applications, and document uploads
  • Provide compassionate support during sensitive and emotional situations
  • Verify caller information and accurately document interactions in Salesforce
  • Troubleshoot account access and basic technical issues
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure complete and accurate resolution of customer concerns
  • Complete approximately two weeks of Monday–Friday training

Requirements:

  • 4.5+ years of call center or phone-based customer service experience
  • Strong empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to handle complex or lengthy customer interactions
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and troubleshooting basic technical issues
  • Colorado residency required, within 100 miles of Denver
  • In-person equipment pickup in downtown Denver required on the first day
  • Quiet, professional home workspace required
  • Wired internet connection required
