Job Description
Remote call center representative supporting Conduent’s benefits-related customers. Handling claims, HSA accounts, debit cards, reimbursements, and website navigation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support for claims, debit card issues, and website navigation
- Assist with commuter orders, eligible expenses, and balance inquiries
- Handle HSA contributions, distributions, and account setup
- Support tax form inquiries and profile updates
- Manage 30–40 calls per day while navigating multiple systems
- Complete mandatory virtual training and nesting
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- 6 months of customer service experience
- Successfully complete a customer service assessment and computer-based typing test
- Successfully complete a 3-week virtual training class and 2 weeks of nesting with 100% attendance
- Great problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively multitask
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to manage steady incoming call volume while navigating multiple systems
- Successful background check, including education and previous employment verification
- Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed
- Ability to hardwire the work computer to the home modem via Ethernet
- Satellite and wireless internet are not acceptable
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace with no unauthorized people or electronics during working hours
