Job Description

Onboarding Analyst managing client implementations at Reprotel, a leading hospitality marketing agency. Coordinating onboarding processes and ensuring positive client experiences from the start.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding of new clients, ensuring an organized implementation and a positive experience from the first contact.
  • Conduct kickoff meetings to align expectations, present the work plan, and define project objectives.
  • Monitor all phases of implementation, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Advise clients on contracted services, processes, and best practices for a successful implementation.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
  • Track onboarding progress, identify risks, and propose actions to ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Success team.
  • Record information, activities, and next steps in management tools.
  • Collect feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer support, implementations, or Customer Success at B2B companies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable leading meetings and training sessions.
  • Organized, consultative profile with a strong customer-experience focus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and oversee timelines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with processes, checklists, and management tools.
