Job Description

Clinical Operations Manager optimizing provider quality initiatives through data-driven insights. Leading impactful operational programs within a remote-first mental health organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and elevate provider quality initiatives at Rula through data-driven decision-making and high-impact operational programs
  • Lead scalable quality initiatives across our provider network by identifying gaps, sizing opportunities, and driving quarterly programs that move key metrics
  • Partner cross-functionally to align on priorities, execute with rigor, and measure what matters
  • Own initiatives such as psych provider quality reviews, note quality improvements, and AI-powered documentation programs, with a strong bias toward action and measurable outcomes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, health tech, operations, consulting, banking, or similarly analytical environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (modeling, analysis, large datasets)
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional, high-visibility projects
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
