Job Description
Manager overseeing a team for clinical operations at Parexel, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards. Responsibilities include resource allocation, staff development, and client management.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the oversight of a team or group
- Ensure successful performance and delivery of project deliverables, on time with high quality
- Resource client projects with suitably developed professionals
- Promote new business by participating in project bids and client presentations
- Provide clinical consultation to project teams as needed
- Monitor performance by close interaction with project leadership
- Manage and oversee team activities and ensure efficiency of project deliverables
- Produce accurate resourcing plans and monitor resource needs throughout the project
- Serve as an ongoing liaison with Project Team, Sponsor and management regarding performance of direct reports
- Provide technical support to staff to ensure they have the required knowledge
- Meet and aim to exceed client expectations by recruiting, retaining and developing a skilled team
- Participate in formal staff review processes
- Maintain a working knowledge of applicable ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practices, and Regulatory Agency requirements.
Requirements:
- Substantial monitoring/data management experience or equivalent experience in clinical research
- Strong understanding & knowledge of clinical trials environment
- Educated to degree level (biological science, pharmacy, or other health-related discipline preferred) or equivalent nursing qualification or relevant clinical other equivalent experience
- Competent in local language and written English
- Oral English competency is preferred.
