Job Description
Clinical Scientist conducting studies to advance understanding of new therapies at ICON plc. Designing protocols and collaborating with teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct clinical studies that advance our understanding of new therapies.
- Take responsibility for clinical research deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Design and implement clinical trial protocols, ensuring adherence to scientific and regulatory standards.
- Conduct data analysis and interpretation to derive insights that support study objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective study execution and data quality.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate findings and contribute to scientific discussions.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions, study reports, and scientific publications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
- Experience in clinical research or a related scientific role, with a strong understanding of clinical trial processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation and statistical analysis.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of data integrity and quality.
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 20%)
