Job Description
Cloud Engineer deploying and maintaining Azure environments for safety-critical control and communication software. Using Terraform, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and DevOps practices from Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy and administer cloud environments
- Support cloud deployment and maintenance tasks
- Ensure seamless operation, optimal performance, and reliability of cloud infrastructure
- Deploy and maintain cloud-based solutions, focusing on Azure environments
- Use Infrastructure as Code principles with Terraform
- Utilize Kubernetes and DevOps practices to optimize cloud infrastructure
- Enhance security measures through manual methods or self-written Infrastructure as Code
- Collaborate with the international team on technically and organizationally challenging projects
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies
- Strong knowledge and experience with Jenkins and CI/CD
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Bash/Shell scripting
- Proficiency in deploying and administering environments in Azure
- Familiarity with Ansible
- Strong DevOps knowledge, excluding Azure DevOps
- Understanding of security best practices and ability to apply them manually or via IaC
- Experience with Windows Server and PowerShell (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Python (nice to have)
- Familiarity with the service mesh concept (nice to have)
- Knowledge of Azure networking (nice to have)
