Job Description
Supply chain analyst optimizing forecasting, replenishment, inventory, and customer service for OLIPOP’s functional soda business. Improving order automation, fill rates, delivery performance, and retailer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day customer operations in partnership with the Supply Chain Manager
- Own the end-to-end order stream and drive toward a 95% no-touch order-to-cash process
- Partner with Logistics to ensure on-time delivery and truckload consolidation
- Manage EDI systems and order management processes
- Identify root causes of recurring fulfillment roadblocks and implement scalable solutions
- Own the logistics non-compliance and fines process from identification through resolution
- Own customer fill rate reporting and drive root-cause investigations and corrective actions
- Support onboarding of new customers and deepen relationships with existing accounts
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively manage potential inventory cuts
- Build scalable SOPs and share knowledge and best practices
- Report to the Manager, Supply Chain Customer Service
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of customer-facing management experience within a Supply Chain environment
- Skilled at breaking down complex, ambiguous problems and making sound recommendations
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Ability to work effectively across functions in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
- Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and address issues in real time
- Transparent, empathetic communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, high ownership mentality, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and other leading CRM platforms
- CPG industry experience preferred
- Experience implementing AI and automation tools to improve process efficiency
- Six Sigma Lean certification preferred
