Job Description

Commercial Banking Professionals working with AI to reshape banking workflows in corporate finance. Ideal for experienced analysts and managers in credit and risk sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and iterate realistic prompts that you would ask a junior role to test the relevance and quality of AI-generated insights.
  • Systematically evaluate divergence between professional investment reasoning and AI outputs across corporate, SME and retail banking.
  • Translate how commercial banks access clients, structure loans and credit facilities, manage balance sheet and risk into problems that push the limits of AI reasoning.
  • Build and validate real-world credit cases, client-coverage systems and portfolio management frameworks used to evaluate frontier AI systems.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience at a major long-only institutional manager (e.g. JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citibank, U.S Bank, Capital One, PNC Bank, Goldman Sachs, Truist Bank, TD Bank)
  • Senior Credit/Risk Analyst, or Product Manager
  • Deep expertise in corporate, SME, or retail banking, including credit analysis, lending products, and balance‑sheet / risk management.
  • Experience conducting borrower and industry analysis, writing credit memos and client materials, and engaging directly with senior client stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with client reporting, portfolio and risk monitoring, and internal credit or risk‑policy constraints.
  • Genuine intellectual curiosity about the application of AI in institutional banking and risk management.

Benefits:

  • Hands-on exposure to how AI is reshaping commerical-banking workflows, from client onboarding and credit analysis to relationship management and risk monitoring.
  • You will be among the first institutional investment professionals to work directly on how frontier AI models reason about borrowers, transactions and balance-sheet risk across corporate, SME and retail banking.
