Job Description
Consultant for Cloud Infrastructure Services at Red Hat delivering customer cloud projects and improving customer experiences. Engaging in design, implementation, and support of Red Hat cloud solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Participation in customer’s cloud delivery projects
- Understand customer's functional and technical requirements
- Collaborate on design and implementation of Cloud solutions
- Conduct testing and upgrade of software/hardware before implementation to the customer's environment
- Provide expert support during installation and acceptance activities
Requirements:
- Expertise in OCP/OSP/OSO components of Red Hat cloud portfolio
- Hands-on expertise in OpenStack & Kubernetes
- Knowledge of HEAT templates
- Experience in NFVI/VIM, VNFM, NFVO and SDN technologies
- 10+ years in customer service or technical support in a technology-oriented environment
