Job Description
SAP Consultant specializing in Payroll for implementing and maintaining SAP solutions. Engage with business areas ensuring compliance with labor laws and support SAP module operations.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical and functional reference for the SAP PY (Payroll) module
- Conduct requirements gathering with business stakeholders
- Perform advanced configurations and parameterizations of the PY module
- Participate in implementation projects, rollouts, continuous improvements and support
- Support unit, integration and UAT testing, ensuring delivery quality
- Analyze and resolve complex payroll-related incidents
- Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation
- Support key users and act as a facilitator between business and IT
- Work collaboratively with other SAP modules (PA, TM, FI, among others)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an SAP PY Consultant
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, statutory charges, events and labor legislation
- Proven experience in SAP projects (implementation and/or support)
- Analytical skills and business process awareness
- Good communication, autonomy and consultative demeanor
- SAP certification in PY or HCM (desirable)
