Job Description
Controller managing financial reporting, indicators, cash flow, and analysts for Triven’s CFO-as-a-Service startup clients. Partnering with CFOs and clients on tactical finance operations and closing meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Analysts, both internal and client-based, maintaining work pace and operational discipline
- Deliver and complete the setup of working methodology, processes, and tools
- Create controls for daily operations
- Perform management analyses, results analysis, and oversee metrics within the Controllership/Finance area
- Manage cash and prepare treasury projections
- Participate in weekly meetings with the CFO
- Attend monthly closing meetings with clients
- Ensure client satisfaction through a monthly NPS evaluation
- Drive better results for clients through management of reports, KPIs, and cash flow
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Coordinator, Controller, or Financial Manager
- Familiarity with financial operational routines
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets
- Understanding of SaaS business models
- Experience in FP&A
- Advanced knowledge of legal, tax, and accounting aspects
- Familiarity with the utility, features, and value propositions of market financial SaaS tools

- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
