Job Description
Corporate Controller managing accounting and financial operations for ClearSky Health. Leading financial strategy while upholding company values in healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial functions, including accounting, financial reporting, accounts payable, and payroll
- Oversee monthly close, internal/external reporting, and financial systems
- Prepare and review GAAP‑compliant financial statements and month‑end workpapers
- Strengthen policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Support audits, tax preparation, budgeting, and lender reporting
- Conduct analytical reviews of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows
- Manage ASC842 lease accounting and monitor banking covenants
- Maintain confidentiality, uphold safety standards, and complete required training
- Directs all treasury functions, including lending, cash flow forecasting, and compliance with debt covenant
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, with an Accounting emphasis
- CPA required
- 10+ years in accounting/finance, including 2 years in public accounting preferred
- 5+ years in a managerial role
- 5+ years of healthcare industry experience
- Expertise in accounting principles, financial processes, and documentation standards
- Strong MS Office skills
