Job Description

Corporate Controller leading Frontline Performance Group’s global, multi-entity accounting operations. Overseeing reporting, close, treasury, controls, systems, and accounting team development.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and oversight across the company’s global, multi-entity accounting operations
  • Lead the global accounting organization across multiple countries and time zones
  • Oversee financial and management reporting, technical accounting, revenue recognition, cash forecasting, treasury, accounting operations, and financial controls
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
  • Prepare and oversee reporting on revenue, margins, operating expenses, profitability, cash flow, and key business drivers
  • Review contracts and complex transactions and determine appropriate accounting treatment
  • Own 13-week and rolling 12-month cash forecasts, forecast-to-actual analysis, and liquidity planning
  • Manage treasury activities, banking administration, cash positioning, and related financial controls
  • Provide leadership and oversight to Accounts Payable through the AP Supervisor
  • Lead and develop accounting staff and establish expectations and accountability
  • Maintain and strengthen balance sheet reconciliations, accounting controls, policies, and documentation
  • Lead Finance automation, systems optimization, and process improvement initiatives
  • Serve as a Finance systems subject-matter expert across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Xero, banking platforms, and related systems
  • Partner with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to understand results, resolve accounting matters, and support business decisions
  • Coordinate external audits and support tax, compliance, and other financial reporting requirements
  • Continuously evaluate accounting processes and infrastructure to support organizational growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Current or recent experience as an Accounting Manager, Senior Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, early-career Controller, or comparable accounting leadership role
  • Experience within a small to mid-sized organization, working across multiple areas of accounting and remaining close to day-to-day financial operations
  • Demonstrated experience working within a multi-entity accounting environment
  • Experience supporting global or international accounting operations across multiple countries, entities, or geographically dispersed teams
  • Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle
  • Experience leading or significantly contributing to month-end and year-end close
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
  • Hands-on ASC 606 revenue recognition experience
  • Experience reviewing contracts and transactions and determining appropriate accounting treatment
  • Strong financial and management reporting experience
  • Experience with cash forecasting, treasury, cash management, and banking activities
  • Experience leading, supervising, coaching, and developing accounting staff
  • Experience building or significantly improving accounting processes, controls, or reporting infrastructure
  • Experience with accounting automation, ERP optimization, systems implementation, or process improvement initiatives
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong overall financial systems aptitude
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Xero strongly preferred; comparable ERP and accounting platforms also considered
  • CPA preferred, but not required
