Job Description
Paid Advertising Strategist driving Meta, Google, TikTok, and other campaigns for Power Digital, an AI-native growth firm. Owning optimization, reporting, budgets, and client strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Own execution, performance, and growth of paid advertising campaigns within an assigned book of business
- Tie campaign efforts to clients’ broader business goals
- Collaborate with account leadership to develop and evolve channel strategy within the broader media mix
- Own reporting, optimizations, client communication, keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, and routine campaign management
- Execute performance marketing across paid social and native paid media platforms
- Build and produce campaigns end-to-end across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Bing Ads
- Lead performance optimizations and manage or advise on client budgets with accurate pacing
- Perform quality assurance to prevent errors that negatively affect client revenue
- Make proactive strategy recommendations and surface opportunities and risks
- Maintain client testing roadmaps and project-manage experimentation next steps
- Escalate performance risks early
- Communicate internally about performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items
- Provide weekly client progress recaps with insights and future recommendations
- Use marketing-funnel knowledge, the Power Circuit, Nova ecosystem, data storytelling, and AI technologies to improve business processes
- Meet KPIs including $28K revenue per employee, 90% client retention, and 95% team retention where applicable
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English
- 2–3 years of digital marketing experience
- 1–2 years of experience in an agency setting
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with at least 2 paid advertising channels
- Experience with Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, or other applicable paid advertising networks
- Experience with bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development, campaign strategy, and campaign optimization
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Confidence with client-facing presentations and communication
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently
- Interest in a long-lasting relationship with a growing company
