Job Description
Marketing and design professional evaluating AI assistants on realistic content tasks. Mercor uses human expertise to train and enhance frontier AI systems.
Responsibilities:
- Write short, realistic requests based on professional marketing, content, and design work
- Work with AI assistants over several turns by steering them, answering questions, and correcting errors
- Rate the AI assistant experience and deliverables against professional standards
- Write short notes describing what went well or badly
- Participate in projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems
- Work independently on projects that may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on needs and performance
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, content production or design
- Experience in digital or social marketing, content production, copywriting, brand, or visual / UX design
- Uses AI assistants at least occasionally
- Writes clearly in English
- Portfolio is a plus
- Must be located in a country where the assistant is available
- Independent contractor status
- Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time
