Job Description

Customer Support Specialist providing administrative support and managing claims for clients. Collaborating with the team to resolve client inquiries in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support for client claims
  • Maintains Claim Databases
  • Sets up all new claims within the required time frame
  • Answers all phone calls for client programs
  • Provides follow up to all open claims in client systems and claim files
  • Fills in on other programs when needed
  • Attends monthly team meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong writing skills and proper use of grammar
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong communicator (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of concurrent tasks
