Job Description
Customer Support Specialist supporting English-speaking wellness clients through bsport’s booking, payroll, marketing, and operations platform. Handling afternoon chat and email coverage for North American markets.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first contact for bsport clients during the afternoon shift
- Pick up Fin AI-agent handoffs and new conversations in chat and email
- Prioritize North American clients from 15:00
- Resolve standard requests involving passes, subscriptions, bookings, members, invoices, branded app how-to, and payment status
- Escalate cases requiring decisions or investigations to Level 2 with complete context
- Inform clients when they will hear back after Level 2 and Account Management are offline
- Log clear handovers for the next morning
- Leave the queue clean at 22:00, annotate open cases, and flag urgent North American cases for the 06:00 pickup
- Flag recurring questions and missing help-centre content
- Meet response, productivity, CSAT, and closure-quality targets
- Complete product training and day-shift shadowing during the first month, then transition to autonomous afternoon-shift support
Requirements:
- 1+ year in customer support, ideally for software
- Native or fluent English
- Good written French or Spanish is a plus
- Available for a fixed 13:00 to 22:00 shift, Monday to Friday, long term
- Clear, warm writing
- Patient with clients under pressure
- Comfortable learning a product in depth and working the evening with a small team
- Fitness or wellness background is nice to have
- Intercom experience is nice to have
- Experience with US or Canadian clients is nice to have
- A third language is nice to have
