Job Description
Cybersecurity analyst protecting CybelAngel clients through alert investigation, leak detection, and incident reporting. Supporting cybersecurity solutions and contributing to dark-web research and product improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Autonomously manage alerts detected by algorithms across various scanned perimeters
- Eliminate false positives and identify confirmed threats for clients
- Analyze fraudulent domain names, compromised credentials, vulnerable assets, code, and sensitive-data leaks
- Prepare incident reports
- Support clients in using solutions, discussing alerts, configuring keywords, and tracking product adoption
- Write content for clients and the website
- Collaborate with the product team to improve technology
- Conduct specific research related to the dark web or other ad hoc services with the React team
Requirements:
- Passion for cybersecurity and eagerness to deepen technical skills
- Fluent English and French, both spoken and written
- Fluency in an additional language (German, Arabic, Chinese…) is a plus
- Solid academic background (bachelor's or master's degree)
- Ability to summarize complex information and write clearly and effectively
- Ability to simplify technical concepts and present ideas in a structured, accessible way
