Responsibilities:
- Offensive security: execute recurring internal penetration tests, run red team exercises and attack simulations.
- Perform threat modeling together with the Engineering team.
- Operate and evolve our SIEM.
- Write detection rules and security alerts.
- Ensure log coverage where it matters.
- Conduct monitoring and triage routines, perform continuous tuning and threat hunting.
- Define and evolve Finaya's Cybersecurity strategy.
- Ensure security is part of the product development lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Cybersecurity.
- Experience working in technology companies, fintechs, banks or payment providers.
- Hands-on SIEM operation.
- Experience in SOC operations.
- Penetration testing of applications and APIs.
- Knowledge of Cloud Security.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Applied cryptography.
- Vulnerability management and IAM.
- Security by Design.
- DevSecOps.
- Good communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
