Job Description

Power BI Developer developing dashboards and analyzing ERP data at Twoconnect. Collaborating with stakeholders to provide insights for business decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Extract, clean, and transform data from ERP systems and other sources for reporting and analysis.
  • Rebuild and stabilise reporting processes to improve reliability, accuracy, and continuity.
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies while ensuring data integrity across reporting outputs.
  • Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to deliver commercially meaningful insights and reporting solutions.
  • Support data migration, cloud transition initiatives, and improvements to data pipelines and structures.
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting, pricing analysis, data governance, and ongoing business intelligence initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar reporting-focused roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, reporting, and data visualisation.
  • Experience with SQL, data extraction, transformation, modelling, and working with ERP or large structured data environments.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify inconsistencies, and deliver commercially meaningful insights to stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Exposure to cloud-based data environments (e.g. AWS), pricing or sales analysis, and data governance or PIM systems is advantageous.
