Job Description

Data Analyst at TelyRx supporting data-driven decision making across healthcare organization. Building reports, analyzing trends, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Sigma Computing to track key business metrics including marketing performance, customer acquisition, and operational KPIs
  • Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and transform data from Snowflake to support ad-hoc analysis and recurring reporting needs
  • Support marketing analytics by analyzing campaign performance across paid channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads) and organic acquisition sources
  • Conduct cohort analysis and customer segmentation to understand lifetime value, retention patterns, and payback periods
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly business reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and translate business questions into analytical frameworks
  • Perform data quality checks and flag discrepancies to ensure reporting accuracy
  • Document analytical processes, data definitions, and report logic
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
  • Support the analytics team on larger projects including attribution modeling and customer analytics initiatives

Requirements:

  • B.S. in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar analytical role
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to write queries involving joins, aggregations, window functions, and CTEs
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (Sigma, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and modeling
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain findings to non-technical audiences
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
