Build and structure Mellro’s Data & Analytics function, defining processes, priorities, and governance
Integrate data from the platform, Admin, CRM, customer support, finance, and other systems
Create a single, reliable source of truth for the company’s key metrics
Standardize concepts, metrics, and business rules
Develop and automate commercial, operational, financial, and executive dashboards
Monitor the complete funnel: leads, registrations, properties, analyses, contracts, retention, delinquency, and payments
Identify discrepancies, integration failures, and data quality issues
Create forecasts and alerts for target deviations, conversion declines, and financial risks
Support the COO and leadership team in decision-making and action-plan development
Work with Product and Technology to ensure data traceability and quality
Prioritize the function’s demands and lead its technical evolution
Lead and execute hands-on activities
Turn analyses into clear, actionable recommendations and support business decisions

Experience leading or building Data, BI, or Analytics functions
Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modeling
Experience with BI tools and dashboard development
Experience working with commercial, financial, and operational data
Knowledge of funnel, conversion, retention, cohort, delinquency, and forecasting metrics
Knowledge of Python or another language for analysis and automation
Ability to investigate inconsistencies and ensure data quality
Experience documenting metrics and defining business rules
English (Level 2)
Portuguese (Level 6)
Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, postgraduate qualification, or technical education
