Job Description
Senior Data Engineer designing scalable data pipelines and high-value products. Bridging data architecture with business applications in Study Patient projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize robust data pipelines
- Create scalable, high-value data products
- Bridge technical data architecture with real-world business applications
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and engineering teams
- Work on Study Patient project streams focused on Master Consent Management and Patient Data Products
Requirements:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience
- Expert in at least one area of the common technology stack
- ETL/ELT skills with Snowflake, AWS including security and cost optimisation, Terraform, DataOps.Live, SQL, Python, or Fivetran
- Experience building data products
- Experience ingesting data via APIs
- Ability to understand and describe problems and engage with business stakeholders
- Ability to communicate clearly, take responsibility, work independently, and work as part of a team
- MongoDB for the Study Patient (Master Consent Management) project is a bonus
- Neo4J for the Study Patient (Patient Data Products) project is a bonus
- Experience with sas7bdat files is a bonus
