Job Description
Remote Data Entry Specialist managing invoice and credit note data for Trimble’s freight audit platform. Supporting accurate, efficient international shipping operations.
Responsibilities:
- Navigate and use the Freight Audit web platform and supporting tools
- Manage and register invoice and credit note data for international shipping compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional operational teams to streamline workflows and resolve issues
- Drive continuous process improvement and operational optimization with Delivery Experts
- Support global companies in optimizing shipping costs and business efficiency
Requirements:
- Intermediate level of English with strong professional business correspondence skills
- Proficiency in Google products and services
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational abilities
- Results-oriented mindset
- Degree in Auditing, Logistics, International Economic Relations, Banking, Finance, or a related field (bonus/preferred)
- Prior experience or proficiency with MS Office tools (bonus/preferred)
- Familiarity with the JIRA platform (bonus/preferred)
